Qi Tian Logistics Limited began in 2009 filing customs entries for manufacturers who were tired of chasing status updates. The work was unglamorous and exacting: classification, duty, documents that had to match the cargo on the floor.
That discipline still governs how we move freight. Every shipment carries the name of the coordinator answerable for it. When a schedule slips, that person writes to you before you have to ask.
We now handle roughly 9,400 movements a year — ocean, air, overland and bonded storage — without becoming a volume shop. The size is a choice, not a ceiling.
