Coordinator On File
We began in 2009 as a two-desk customs brokerage in Kowloon. That origin still sets how we work: every file carries the name of the person answerable for it, and that person replies to your enquiry.
Today we consolidate and move roughly 9,400 shipments a year across Asia–Europe, intra-Asia and Gulf lanes — full container, groupage, airfreight and bonded warehousing. We remain deliberately mid-sized so exceptions get judgment rather than a ticket number.
The discipline has not changed. Documents are checked against the cargo on the floor, space is confirmed before we quote a sailing, and if a schedule slips the coordinator writes before you have to chase. We do not run a call centre. Enquiries go to the desk named on your booking.
About the company
Contracted allocation on eight ocean carriers out of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Singapore.
We do not advertise a world map. We work lanes we already know, with our own desks or agents we have already used on the cargo.
Weekly FCL and groupage from Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Singapore into North Europe. Discharge, import clearance and on-carriage sit with our Rotterdam desk, not a generic destination inbox.
Feeder, short-sea and air movements across ASEAN and Greater China — useful when production is split across factories and the calendar will not wait for the next Europe sailing.
Ocean into Jebel Ali and neighbouring ports, with bonded buffer stock when the consignee is not ready to take the full lot. The file stays on the same record as the ocean booking.
One house for the main carriage, the paperwork and the last mile — so you are not coordinating three vendors for a single movement. Each card below is a starting point, not the whole service.
FCL, LCL and breakbulk with weekly consolidations out of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Singapore. Bills of lading issued the same day the unit gates in.
Consol and direct uplift for time-critical spares, samples and perishables, on standing airline accounts rather than a one-off booking.
Cross-border haulage into South China timed against the stuffing window, and last-mile delivery booked by the same desk that holds the ocean file.
Export and import declarations filed by licensed brokers on our payroll, against the cargo we have already seen — not against a template.
Buffer stock, pick-and-pack and staged releases from Kwai Chung and Jebel Ali, tied to the same shipment record as the main carriage.
Four stages, one coordinator, no gaps between booking and proof of delivery. Read the sequence before you send the first enquiry.
Origin cargo is tallied, photographed and filed to your shipment record on our Kwai Chung floor before it loads. Destination files are held in Hong Kong, Singapore or Rotterdam by people who already know the consignee — not by a shared inbox.
31 vetted agents cover the remaining ports. All-risk marine cover is arranged in-house, and claims are filed and pursued by us. If the coordinator on the file is away, a named deputy is already on the same thread.
A named coordinator holds the file from booking through proof of delivery.
This is the sequence, not the brochure version. The full notes — what we need from you, and what we send back — sit on the process page.
You send commodity, volumes, packing and the date cargo must arrive. We return within one working day with two costed routings and the trade-off stated plainly. Conditional charges are flagged before you book.
Space is confirmed, collection is timed to the stuffing window, and cargo is tallied and photographed at origin. Your shipment ID is issued here and remains the key to the live record.
Our own brokers file the export entry. The unit is loaded, sealed and gated in; the bill of lading or air waybill is issued the same day. If a sailing moves, the coordinator writes with the new schedule.
Import clearance, trucking and proof of delivery run from the same file. When the consignee signs, the record is closed and the documents are archived to your account.
We are not a parcel network. The commodities below are what the house already knows how to classify, stuff and clear. If the cargo is new to us, we say so before we quote.
Plant, production-line equipment and replacement parts — including out-of-gauge pieces that need a flat-rack rather than a dry box.
Electronics, components and packed general cargo moving as FCL or as groupage on the twice-weekly Kwai Chung consol.
Time-critical air: samples, next-flight-out spares and temperature-aware perishables where the calendar is the constraint.
Bonded and free-zone inventory held at Kwai Chung or Jebel Ali for pick-and-pack and staged release against call-off orders.
Quotations include origin, freight and destination charges in one figure, with anything conditional flagged before you book. Write to info@qitianlogisticsltd.com or use the form.
